It is the policy of our office to protect your privacy and the personal information which you have entrusted to us. Regarding real estate and appraisals we are not allowed disclose confidential information or assignment results prepared for a client to anyone other than the client and persons specifically authorized by the client; state enforcement agencies and such third parties as may be authorized by due process of law; and a duly authorized professional peer review committee except when such disclosure to committee would violate applicable law or regulation. In the course of performing appraisals and real estate transactions, in order to obtain appropriate documentation and provide the best service to you, we may collect what is known as "nonpublic personal financial information" about you from the following sources.: Information we receive from you, financial information regarding your real estate transaction or investment or information provided to us by you or your lender, including financial forms. and/or Information we receive as a result of our personal investigation of the property under valuation or under contract. This information is used to facilitate the services that we provide to you and may include the information provided to us by you directly or received by us from others with your authorization.

What is our office policy on sharing your non-public information?
We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information obtained in the course of our engagement with our clients to nonaffiliated third parties, except as necessary or as required by law.
